- 1.5 oz of Absinthe
- 2 oz mineral water (ice cold, non-carbonated)
- 2 dashes of Anisette
- 1 dash of Angostura bitters
- Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice
- Shake very thoroughly
- Strain into a Claret Glass
- Serve immediately
