- Serves: 1
- 1 large teaspoon of fine white sugar dissolved in a little water
- the juice of a quarter of a lemon
- 3 dashes of curaçao
- 1 wine-glass of brandy
- Fill the glass two-thirds full of shaved ice.
- Stir well and garnish the top with slices of lemon or lime.
