Brandy Smash

• Serves: 1

Ingredients

• 1 teaspoonful of white sugar
• 2 tablespoonfuls of water
• 3 or 4 sprigs of tender mint
• 1 wineglass full of brandy

Directions

1. Muddle the mint in the sugar and water
2. Fill the glass two-thirds full of shaved ice
3. Add the brandy
4. Stir thoroughly
5. Garnish with a half a slice of orange and a few fresh sprigs of mint
6. Serve with a straw
