Caipiroska

This is a vodka variation on the Caipirinha. It is also sometimes known as a Caipivodka.

• 2 tsp Vodka
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 8 Lime Wedges

Crush sugar into the lime wedges with a spoon. Place the lime wedges in the bottom of an Highball glass. Cover with crushed ice, fill glass with vodka, and serve.
