This cocktail is a variation on the Dry Martini, by substituting pepper-flavored vodka for the gin and substituting a jalapeño pepper for the garnish. It is also sometimes known as a Creole Martini.
Ingredients[]
- 1/2 oz (15 ml) Dry vermouth
- 3 1/2 oz (105 ml) Pepper-infused Vodka
Directions[]
- Combine the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice
- Stir well, until chilled
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with a jalapeño pepper
- Serve
