Clipper Cocktail

The Clipper Cocktail was served on the Boeing 314 Clipper seaplane.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz. light or gold Rum
• 1/2 oz. Vermouth
• 1/2 tsp. Grenadine

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients over cracked ice into a chilled old fashioned glass
2. Serve with a Swizzle Stick and a smile!

Alternate Recipe

1. Rim a chilled cocktail glass with lemon juice
2. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice
3. Shake until well-chilled
4. Strain into rimmed cocktail glass
5. Serve with a Smile!
