A coconut cocktail. Where no palm wine is available, one may substitute 5 ounces Lady Bligh Coconut Rum® for a 'Congorum', 5 ounces vodka for a 'Chi Chi Congo', or simply omit the palm wine. This is the 'Triple Coco Sour' variation.
- 5 ounces palm wine
- 5 ounces Coco López®
- 5 ounces Pat O'Brien's® Triple sec
- 5 ounces Pat O'Brien's® Sweet and Sour Mix
- Fill blender with ice.
- Add all ingredients and blend well on high.
- Serve in hurricane glass.
