From Jonathan, Adobo Mexican Grill, Chicago



  1. Combine tequila, lime juice, lime slices and cucumber in a cocktail shaker
  2. Muddle the ingredients well
  3. Add orange liqueur, agave nectar and ice
  4. Shake well, until chilled
  5. Strain into martini glass or on the rocks in old fashioned glass
  6. Garnish with chile piquin[1] and cucumber slice.
  7. Serve

  1. A few drops of Tabasco sauce may be substituted if pequin pepper is unavailable.
