Danish Martini

Ingredients

• 3 oz (90 ml) Aquavit (fortified spirit)
• 1/2 oz (15 ml) Dry vermouth

Directions

1. Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Shake well
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
4. Garnish with an olive
5. Serve
