Ingredients

• 1 oz amaretto almond liqueur
• 1 oz dark crème de cacao
• 3 tbsp vanilla ice cream

Directions

1. Combine ingredients in a blender
2. Blend briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice
3. Pour into a collins glass
4. Garnish with a cherry and serve with straws
