Loosely based on the 'Apple & Melon Martini,' this fruity green cocktail was inspired by Mario's trusty steed and good friend, Yoshi! Created by Scrollbar for their Mario Themed Bar.
Ingredients[]
- 2 cl Sour Apple liqueur
- 1 cl Melon Bols
- 1 cl Lime juice
- 4 cl Apple juice
- 2 Lime wedges
Directions[]
- Combine all ingredients except lime wedges in a cocktail shaker with ice
- Shake well
- Strain into glass over fresh ice cubes
- Garnish with two lime wedges
- Serve
