Cucumber Saketini

Ingredients

• 2 oz. Vodka (Ketel One)
• 2 oz. Sake (Masumi Okuden Kantsukuri)
• Strip or slice of seedless cucumber

Directions

1. Combine vodka and sake with ice in a cocktail shaker
2. Shake well
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
4. Garnish with cucumber
5. Serve
