- 2 parts (50 ml) brandy
- 1 part (25 ml) lemon juice
- 2 drops Angostura bitters
- Soda water to fill

- Fill Highball glass with ice cubes
- Add bitters, lemon juice and brandy

- Stir gently
- Garnish with a slice of fresh lemon
- Serve immediately
