Traditional holiday eggnog, makes 4 one half cup servings
Ingredients[]
- 2 cup low-fat milk
- ½ cup Simply Eggs (liquid egg product)
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp rum or brandy, optional
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ⅛ tsp grated nutmeg
- whipped topping (optional)
Directions[]
- Place ingredients (apart from topping) in a blender.
- Blend until frothy.
- Pour into 2 highball glasses.
- If desired, top with whipped topping.
