Gin and Bitters

Ingredients

• 1/2 tsp bitters (of choice)
• gin

Directions

1. Place bitters into a cocktail glass
2. Revolve the glass until its bowl is entirely coated
3. Add gin to mixing glass with ice
4. Stir until well-chilled
5. Strain into prepared glass
6. Serve!
