Ginger beer is a carbonated drink, that is flavored primarily with ginger and sweetened with sugar or artificial sweeteners. Can be used for cocktails such as: Moscow Mule or Kentucky Mule.
There is little or no difference between this and golden ginger ale, which is also dark colored, generally sweet to taste, with a strong ginger spice flavor.
