Lemon Absinthe Panache

A relatively simple mixture of limoncello, absinthe, and La Trappe Quadrupel Trappist beer; highly intoxicating for some.

Ingredients

• 20 ounces limoncello or Love Boat Lemonade
• 20 ounces absinthe
• 20 ounces La Trappe Quadrupel (beer); use Triple if not in season.
• Mint and lemon peel for garnish

Directions

1. Pour La Trappe, absinthe and limoncello (in that order), into 60 ounce (2 qt) pitcher
2. Using a bar spoon, stir well
3. Pour over ice
4. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a piece of lemon rind
5. Serve
