• Serves: 1

Ingredients

• 1 gill rum (1 gill = 4 ounces)
• 1 ounce sugar
• 2 egg yolks
• juice of ½ a lemon
• ½ pint water
• 6 cloves
• 6 coriander seeds
• cinnamon

Directions

1. Add sugar, egg yolks and lemon juice to rum.
2. Boil water with cloves, coriander seeds and cinnamon.
3. Whisk the two mixtures together and strain into a tumbler.
