Pineapple Daiquiri

Ingredients

• 2 oz. (60 ml) White rum
• 1/2 tsp. Powdered sugar
• 1/4 oz. (7.5 ml) Lime juice
• 2 - 3 dashes Pineapple syrup

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender with 1 cup crushed ice
2. Blend until smooth
3. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass
4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge
5. Serve
