Flaming Lemon Drop

Also known as a Russian Roulette in some regions, this is a spectacular drinking experience not for the faint of heart.

Ingredients

• 1/2 shot Stolichnaya vodka
• 1/2 shot Galliano
• dash of 151-proof rum
• Lemon wheel
• 1 tsp. sugar

Preparation

1. Combine vodka and Galliano in Shot glass
2. Cap with lemon wheel
3. Pour sugar on the lemon wheel
4. Drip rum on the sugar until the sugar is completely soaked
5. Flambe (set on fire) the sugar. Allow flame to die out on its own.

How to Consume

1. Down liquid in one shot
2. Bite into lemon wheel
