Tom Collins

Ingredients

• 1 oz fresh lemon juice
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1½ oz of gin
• lemon slices

Directions

1. Mix sugar, gin and juice over ice in mixing glass, stir, strain in cocktail glass, with ice and top it off with soda water.
2. Garnish with lemon slices.
3. Serve with a straw

One Part Gin

Two Parts Sweet and Sour

Fill the rest of the glass with club soda. To make a John Collins, use Bourbon instead of Gin.
