Ingredients

• 1 tsp Honey
• 1 oz (30 ml) Hot water
• 2 oz (60 ml) Brandy
• 1/2 oz (15 ml) Cream

Directions

1. Dissolve the honey in the hot water in a cocktail shaker
2. Add the brandy, cream and ice
3. Shake until chilled
4. Strain into a cocktail glass
5. Serve
