Ingredients Edit

• ½ oz lime juice
• ½ oz simple syrup
• 6 mint sprigs
• ¾ oz ginger beer
• 1½ oz Bombay Sapphire® gin
• 1 splash soda water

Directions Edit

1. Mix the lime juice, syrup and mint springs.
2. Add gin, ginger beer and shake.
3. Serve with ice and garnish with lime.
