Gin Lollipop

Ingredients

• 1 oz gin
• 1 oz Southern Comfort liqueur
• 5 oz orange juice
• 1 oz sparkling mineral water

Directions

1. Combine gin, SoCo and OJ in a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Shake well
3. Strain into an ice-filled collins glass
4. Fill with water
5. Garnish with a slice of orange and a cherry
6. Serve
