Gin Swizzle

Ingredients

• 2 oz (60 ml) Gin
• 2 oz (60 ml) Lime juice
• 2 - 3 oz (60-90 ml) Club soda
• 1 tsp Superfine sugar
• 2 dashes Bitters

Directions

1. Combine the ingredients in an old fashioned glass
2. Garnish with a slice of lime
3. Serve with a swizzle stick
