Greyhound

Often called (incorrectly) a grapefruit screwdriver, the Greyhound is one of the great classics that were almost forgotten in the "martini craze" of the '80's and '90's.

Ingredients

• 2 oz vodka
• 5 oz grapefruit juice

Directions

1. Pour vodka and grapefruit juice on top of the ice in a rocks glass.
2. Stir well.

Options

• Add a lemon wedge
• Add a sprig of mint

Virgin Version:Replace vodka with tonic water.
