Guadalajara Guava

Ingredients

• 2 oz Guadalajara Guava Mix (see below)
• 1 oz Vodka

Directions

1. Combine the vodka and Guadalajara Guava Mix to a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Shake well to chill
3. Strain into a cocktail glass
4. Garnish with a Maraschino Cherry
5. Serve

Mix

• 2 cups Diced Guavas
• 2 oz Cherry Juice
• 2 cups Water
• 1 cup of Sugar

1. Combine guavas, cherry juice, water and sugar into blender
2. Blend until smooth
3. Using a kitchen strainer strain mix into container
4. Use as needed
