• 2 oz White Rum
• 3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
• 1/2 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 1 tsp Maraschino Liqueur

PreparationEdit

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

VariationsEdit

There are many variations that are argued to be the daiquiri Hemingway ordered. In one variation you add a 1/4 oz of cane syrup instead of sugar and serve in a collins glass. In others you add 1/4 instead of 1/2 oz of grapefruit juice.
