Irish Coffee

Wake up with a few of these every morning and soon you'll have a gin blossom that W.C. Fields would be proud of. And probably no job, family or home. But it's tasty as heck!

[edit] Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey
• 1 tsp brown sugar
• 6 oz hot coffee
• heavy cream or whipped cream

[edit] Directions

Combine whiskey, sugar and coffee in a mug and stir to dissolve. Float cold or whipped cream gently on top. Do not mix.
