This drink has also been known as a Spiced Pear

Ingredients Edit

  • 50 ml Xante pear and cognac liqueur
  • 50 ml Morgan's spiced rum
  • 1 tablespoon pear purée
  • 50 ml sugar syrup
  • 50 ml apple juice
  • apple slices and cinnamon for decoration

Directions Edit

  1. Add all the ingredients to a boston shaker.
  2. Shake with ice.
  3. Take a tall sling glass and fill to the brim with ice cubes.
  4. Strain mix into this glass.
  5. Top with crushed ice, dust with cinnamon and decorate with 3 apple slices.
