This drink has also been known as a Spiced Pear
- 50 ml Xante pear and cognac liqueur
- 50 ml Morgan's spiced rum
- 1 tablespoon pear purée
- 50 ml sugar syrup
- 50 ml apple juice
- apple slices and cinnamon for decoration
- Add all the ingredients to a boston shaker.
- Shake with ice.
- Take a tall sling glass and fill to the brim with ice cubes.
- Strain mix into this glass.
- Top with crushed ice, dust with cinnamon and decorate with 3 apple slices.
