A rum drink contributed by The Bartending School.



  1. Squeeze lime into chilled 10 oz. Glass
  2. Add sugar and mint
  3. Muddle until sugar is dissolved
  4. Fill glass with crushed ice
  5. Pour in rum
  6. Stir until glass frosts, adding additional crushed ice and rum as needed
  7. Garnish with mint leaves
  8. Serve with straws

Option: You may top off drink with cold club soda, or a dash of dark rum.
