- The juice of two oranges
- 1 gill of raspberry syrup
- 1 gill of Maraschino liqueur
- 1 gill of Old Tom gin
- 1 quart bottle Sparkling Moselle
- 1 ripe pineapple, peeled, sliced and cut up.
