- 1 bottle of Prosecco or Champagne
- 1 bottle of St. Germain Elderflower liqueur
- 1 Pint fresh raspberries (or any other berry for that matter!)
- Muddle fresh raspberries and place at the bottom of a chilled champagne flute.
- Pour Prosecco or Champagne into 3/4 of the glass.
- Finish with a splash of St. Germain Elder-Flower liqueur and garnish with a fresh raspberry.
