- 1 tsp. Powdered sugar
- 1 oz (30 ml) Light rum
- Red wine

- Combine the lemon juice, sugar, and rum in a cocktail shaker with ice
- Shake
- Strain into a highball glass
- Fill with the red wine
- Stir
- Garnish with fruit
- Serve
