Introduction

The Rob Roy is a cocktail similar to a Manhattan, but it is made with Scotch whiskey and sweet vermouth instead of rye whiskey.

Ingredients

• 1½ ozs. (45 ml) Scotch Whiskey
• 1 oz. (25 ml) sweet vermouth
• dash Angostura bitters

Garnish

• Maraschino cherry

Directions

1.Fill a mixing glass with ice.

2.Add bitters, scotch and vermouth and stir.

3.Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, garnished with a Maraschino cherry.

4.Serve.
