Ingredients Edit

• 50 ml gin
• 25 ml fresh lemon juice
• 12.5 ml sugar syrup
• 1 egg white (optional)
• champagne

1. Shake all ingredients, except champagne with ice
2. Strain into a highball glass over two ice cubes.
3. Add champagne
4. Garnish with lemon.
