Russian Spring Punch

• 2 shots Stolichnaya Red vodka
• 1/2 shot De Kuyper crème de cassis
• Topped with Champagne
• 1 shot fresh lemon juice
• 2 teaspoons caster sugar

Shake the ingredients with cubed ice, strain into an ice filled highball - top with champagne.
