The Peter Blair cocktail, like the man himself, is equal parts classy and surprising. Developed at Dartmouth College in 2012 by a group of alcoholic nerds, the "PB" quickly grew in fame due to its surprising taste and refreshing quality.
- Combine gin, bourbon, and Kahlua in a cocktail shaker with ice
- Shake well, until chilled
- Strain into a Highball glass over fresh ice
- Fill with Sprite
- Garnish with a slice of lime
