The Peter Blair cocktail, like the man himself, is equal parts classy and surprising. Developed at Dartmouth College in 2012 by a group of alcoholic nerds, the "PB" quickly grew in fame due to its surprising taste and refreshing quality.



  1. Combine gin, bourbon, and Kahlua in a cocktail shaker with ice
  2. Shake well, until chilled
  3. Strain into a Highball glass over fresh ice
  4. Fill with Sprite
  5. Garnish with a slice of lime
  6. Serve

Oprional: Rim glass with brown sugar prior to cocktail preparation
