Description

A White Russian is a twist on the Black Russian. It is composed of vodka and coffee liqueur with the addition of cream.

Ingredients

• 1½ oz vodka
• ½ oz Kahlúa or Tía Maria
• 4 tsps cream, half-and-half, or milk

Directions

1. Mix the ingredients together (apart from cream) in a glass.
2. Add cream.
3. Stir until homogeneous.

Alternate Recipe

• A popular version simply Floats the cream, ads a stirrer and lets the drinker stir to taste.
• Instead of cream, use half cream and half cola to make a Colorado Bulldog.

Virgin Version:Replace vodka with tonic water. Replace Kahlúa with coffee and 1 tsp. sugar.
